• 3 visits = $109 (@$36/each)
• 6 visits = $179 (@$30/each)
• 10 visits = $259 (@$26/each)

Membership options:  BEST VALUE to get the care we recommend. Details below.*

• MONTHLY UNLIMITED:  $169 individual / $279 family (parents and up to 3 children <18).  Includes unlimited care for you or your family for one month.
• MONTHLY WELLNESS:  $99 individual / $159 couple + $20 each child under 18.  Includes weekly (4) adjustments. $29 per additional viisit during the membership month. 
• THREE MONTH WELLNESS:  $279 individual.  Three months of Monthly Wellness care.

*Membership entitles one (or family) to agreed upon chiropractic care during regular business hours at either Connect Chiropractic location. Memberships can not be shared. Patients choosing the membership options will begin with Monthly Unlimited or Monthly Wellness depending on recommendations. Membership based on a 48-week calendar allowing for personal time away from the office. Any changes to the schedule will be sent out to active patients via email and/or posted on Connect Chiropractic's Facebook page.

Preferred method of payment is cash, but checks are also accepted. A 3.5% processing fee is added to all credit and debit card payments, except for monthly auto payments.
